Apple butter

For farms, orchards and producers
Sites built around what is ripe right now, and a store for the things that survive a shipping box.
Nothing off the shelf handles a farm honestly. Stock is a function of weather and the picking schedule, not a number in a warehouse, so most farm sites end up quietly lying — and every lie is a phone call, a refund, or someone who drove forty minutes for nothing.
The fix is a site where you can change what is ripe from your phone, in the field, in under a minute. Everything else follows from that.
The second half is the store. Wine and meat are complicated, but jam, honey, apple butter, maple, soap, dry mixes and gift boxes all ship fine — and they sell in February, when the gate is closed.

Forty acres and a pantry line. What is ripe sits above everything else, and the shop is one tap away.
Indiana regulates direct wine shipping, so an online store built around alcohol has real limits. I build these around the shelf-stable side of the business first, which is usually where the margin is anyway.
Timing matters more here than in any other trade. The right build starts in January and launches before the gate opens.
